Lack of customer support in 17 ever since 18 was released and I'm a VIP.

I wanted to switch my account/team from a Facebook backup to my email. I contacted support and spoke with a Rep Florenze who stated that he/she could do this for me but I would first have to send them a screenshot of an in-game purchase I've made from my Google Transaction history. I sent a screenshot as requested for which I was given a list of instructions to complete the account switch.

Needless to say my team is currently inaccessible and no one has been answering my customer support requests in-game.

Anyone have any suggestions?

    I totally know what your talking about i feel like customer service seems like overall they know how to ignore people and not realize that with good customer service they would make people wanna continue spending

    From personal experience, they are so swamped with bugs and fixes with 18 that it is taking them time to respond , but they are responding
