Good afternoon,

Today our club leader was playing the event and then he got the "login from this device is not available. He had already accumulated 55k in the event and when we went back on the game he got this message. "Please continue to use the game on the original device. If you have any questions, please contact support" message. Someone called him after he put in a ticket and they hung on him while he was talking. He is a VIP. Can you please reach out to him. He is not even able to post on forums right now. His gamer tag THEIRONROOSTER. Thank you and have a good day.
