Why are there such long wait times in getting a response from customer care. I requested a ticket to be closed last week. It’s still open with no response.
The game is a highly ranked on both app stores and we have limited customer care agents. Throw in the fact that they're also working on the rest of the Glu games, and you have a pretty busy staff. Don't worry--they'll get to you.
They have several times. I even just asked to have ticket closed only to get apology for taking so long to get back to me...ticket still open. sounds to me like some hiring should be done.... Thanks for your response
The more I think about it that’s a pretty lame excuse. A business that depends on its customers should make customer service their number 1 priority. I have curbed my spending on game due to the fact that service is so poor. It’s kind of sad this could be a really great game if customers were just taken care of.
