Current vs. Potential

A guy on my club is trying to pick up relief pitcher Panda. He got him but it rejected because it said he wasn’t good enough to make his roster. He was set at current.
So he changed to potential and tried again.
Same result. He got him but he again was rejected and let go.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Thanks much!

Current vs potential setting is for sluggers only as far as I know

Thank you. Any idea why Panda keeps rejecting for this guy? I’m at a loss on this one.

Sorry but no idea. Normal rotation draft picks never get rejected no matter how poor they are compared to the players you already have. It may be that he has too many inactive players and GLU has capped the number of inactives you can have as new drafts are placed on inactive by deafult? They used to have it capped in previous versions but I am not sure about this version and if so what the number would be.

That was my thought as well but he doesn’t have too many players on his roster yet.
Maybe chalk this one up to a glitch.
Thank you much for your willingness to always try to help. It is much appreciated!
