Switch to a new device.

Is there any way to switch my game progress to a new device? Will be upgrading my phone shortly and want to know how I go about that process.

    Make sure it is saved with an email or Facebook, then send in a message to customer support in advance of the switch. I’ve heard that is the best way to go about it.

    From what I understand, you are able to link your profile via Facebook or email to only two devices, meaning that the device you are currently on will occupy one slot and the other device you want to link to will be the second. Good luck!

    I've heard the same thing as Donovan - to prevent people from giving their account information to hackers, they've limited this to one-time only switches. Good luck with the new phone! I'm dying to replace my iPhone 6 and am saving up for when the X gets a lower price point in September.

    You can always ask Customer Care about your situation or if you have any problems with the transfer.
