most of the times when I watch a video to get a free random draw, or even in the events, after the video, I get a blank white screen that makes me restart my progress. It bums me out because I do all of my progress, and lose it when I want to get additional boosts.

round ten of a level and especially if I use gold that round and it happens. That is extremely frustrating.
