HI all, i know this may of been asked before but i cannot find it. I just recently became VIP and wanted to know if anyone can tell me how to sign up for the VIP Newsletter? Is it something I email Glu customer support about?

    Yes. Do an in game ticket and ask them to add your email to the newsletter. It may take the 7-10 days to do it so the sooner you do it the better. Congrats by the way.

    @madmartin if you are referring to the VIP newsletter then it is sent 1st Friday of every month

    My pleasure. If you have not done so yet then make sure to start an in game ticket with cs and ask them to add your email to the VIP newsletter to make sure you'll get it. Also provide them with your name and address as they'll ask for it eventually for some physical gifts that they send some VIPs from time to time.

    Check your spam folder for the newsletter. The only email that gets sorted there for me is the newsletter. Read it to - they had an offer last month that let you earn 40k XP for giving feedback on Versus

    Question for anyone. I just got a message saying like congratulations and stuff and sounds like I am vip and I also got a new icon on my menu next to club for a vip lounge or something. There is a newsletter also?

    Yes, you need to sign up for the newsletter so that they can email it to you. Go into the CS to send in a ticket and they’ll ask for some details from you. Vip lounge shows vip challenges, offers, and a winners showcase...not much else. Usually a day before the newsletter arrives, you’ll get a vip gift of various amounts of all XP’s, player boxes etc.
