Customer service seems better?

i here a lot of negative feed back on customer service with this game.  So I wanna say I had good experiences with cs in mlb 18.   I was a negative person as well in mlb 17.  Had long wait times, generated messages that helped with nothing!!!

now in 18, I have a different opinion. I have sent 5 tickets so far,  4 were answered within 24 hours time,  and the answer was good, and helpful. Once took 2 days, but again it was helpful.   So all my questions/issues were fixed or answered,  so what more can I ask for!!   So good work cs!!!

    Yeah they have been getting better it seems. Good luck tapping bud!

    I’ve experienced the opposite. I’m VIP and customer care has gotten worse over the past two weeks. Juan has been non-responsive on the Bellinger problem. He does not read what I write.

    Its been hit or miss.  Just like any other business there are good and bad employees. Sometimes you are better off closing out a ticket and resubmitting another
