GLU Customer service issues

    Just to clarify. I made a bunch of purchases Wednesday Thursday and Friday. Friday afternoon after opening a free Boston Seattle box things messed up. My 16 million disappeared. Eventually got booted and joined a new club where my stats started accumulating again.

    I would show them purchases made if they were to get in touch with me. Hopefully someone can address this here.

    I will update each day I dont hear back from customer service.

    Messaged Toronto office through this website and no reply. Going to try San Francisco.

    So Glu wants me to help on customer service but hasn’t made me a vip .. lol putting the cart before the horse there . Make me VIP then let’s talk .

    I have seen improvement in glu customer care. I got over the glitch issue as I guess it can happen with software and changes made that it doesn't happen again.

    Finally you got an answer! I totally agree with you, I don't know if something has to do with the players that are doing Customer Service for them, anyhow I love it! Glu's starting to listen to us!
