Friend stuck at 37% loading on start up...

I've seen others have the same issue. Any suggestions?

    If he is connected to wifi, I would recommend he force close the app, disconnect from wifi, and attempt to connect again. I believe it most cases this is caused by a weak internet connection.

    Have him make sure his team is backed up on email or Facebook . If nothing is working then delete the app and reload it . I had to do this with 17 . Customer care told to do it but there is a chance his team gets lost so only as last resort.

    Hey dfbb , when he was stuck at 37 % can u tell me if it was after the update and did it freeze or did it stop at 37 then say "corrupt version uninstall and downlod the latest version" at the bottom of the screen.

    I'm not certain. I just know that he couldn't log in for several hours and later, it apparently fixed itself.

    I’m having same issue can’t load stops at 37% and says try again!

    I get that too. I turn off wifi until the game opens then turn it back on. works fine then

    It may have been he was connecting through a VPN, which is not allowed. That has happened to me before and it is easy to reproduce to confirm.
