Starting a new ticket

I'm trying to let customer care know about bugs and problems I have had. Is there anyway to start a new ticket so I don't put 3 or 4 problems in the same chat

    I've had to request an agent close a ticket because I had more important issues to address. It's unfortunate.

    I had good agent, and he left ticket open, I sent like 4 different topics, he answered all of them pretty quickly.
