Made in game purchase, but still ads

It said that if you make a purchase in game, that you would be upgraded to "ad-free". But I am still having to wait through ads during prime events and other things when seconds matter.... I sent an in game ticket, and they told me to send a photo of the ad I am seeing lol. I want to reply, "all of them".....

Have you force closed your app and restarted? It may be a case of the ad-free version just needed to be loaded after the purchase.

The easiest way to force close is to restart your phone.

Thanks, yeah, I have restarted and hard restart d my phone several times since. There has been no change. I’m still getting ads on everything.
