  Yep, sounds like you are jailed. I was jailed last Sunday and have no idea why. I am still waiting for resolution, hopefully some kind of glitch. Good luck.

  I’d definitely start a CS ticket. The sooner the better. Hopefully they will unjail you soon. It may take a couple of tickets but don’t get discouraged. Be polite and patient.
