hey everyone! I’m new to the forums and I’m still learning on how to navigate. Does anyone know if they were able to fix the glitch on the free prime only pick for the twitter rewards? I was never able to pick mine. Please let me know if anyone has had this same problem...On a 2nd note if you are new to tap then feel free to ask me any questions and I’ll be glad to help. If you were not able to claim the free prime pick then GLU is most likely not aware. I would suggest you contact customer service from within the app and notify them that you have not received the prime pick. Good luck!

I have a separate thread on this too, along with a ticket to CS. Let's keep this issue alive by continuing to badger them.

Thanks. I have submitted a ticket and they are working to fix the issue.
