    I had the same thing happen to me.  I sent in a CS ticket on Saturday and received numerous replies and eventually got my prime only pick this morning when I restarted my ap.  If you sent in a ticket just be patient and I’m sure they will get to you

    Another day without a response from CS on my ticket regarding not getting a Prime-Only pick. Interestingly, they sent out the 32K followers Prime Harper box again. So maybe they will eventually get to us that did not get the 46k Prime-Only gift?

    I submitted a ticket on Saturday and just received my free prime only pick this morning so just keep being patient and wait to hear from CS.

    I received my free prime pick yesterday evening. Hats off to Glu CS.

    I messaged them through setting and clicked  customer care and contact us options.

    Mine came in last night...put in a ticket and be patient.
