I’m sure they do, although how would anyone report it? lol - sorry had to say it . I’m excited about the new event, hope it’s patched soon.

Me too. Thankfully my club has a backup chat for events like this...I really hope they figure this out. Why is it every time an update comes out, iOS always has an issue with it? 😑

Yeah I had a guy in my club get locked out so I’m avoiding update till he’s in. He’s a wild one but I’ll let him be the ginny pig....

Maybe I just keep updating too soon. It’s like the iOS updates...I always wait until all the kinks are worked out. Don’t know why I don’t apply that logic to this game...

I updated said crashing indeed happened took a chance uninstall/reinstalled and was able to link to Facebook with my butt cheeks clenched because I wasn’t sure it would work but it did. That said they need to fix it because you shouldn’t have to do that.

So I sent an email to Glu through the contact us and got a response from an expert in literally 30 seconds(wow). He said they’re aware and working on it.

I just uninstalled/reinstalled and everything is back working. Long as you know you’re email or had Facebook connected your good to go

Happened to everyone in my club that had an iPhone, luckily the ones that backed up with email were able to get their teams back, but not the ones with Facebook. CS is gonna have a busy day!

Contacted support and I got a response pretty quick. "I’ve received this feedback a lot since the release. The issue appears to be widespread. Glu has been made aware of this bug and are working to get it fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."

7% crash on iOS for me as well. Hopefully they will get it back up and running shortly.
