  I wonder how many lost their game completely due to uninstalling. I’m sure there were people out there who didn’t have their game backed up

  No one lost their game completely. In the event that a team was not backed up, the player can simply submit a support ticket online, and the support agent will link their team to an email so they can log back in.

  @FITZFAM Have you tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling, and logging in to your backed up account? That's how the vast majority of us have gotten back to playing.
