The VIP lounge button just showed up next to my club tab. Did I just get VIP or is that just a new thing everyone got?

I got the vip tag on taps 2017 but not yet this year. Im not sure why i have spent a bunch of money and been on this site since the game was released. Surely i am close.

@Smokinjoeozlow3 VIP gets grandfathered from 2017 so just start a ticket with CS and let them know so that they can make you a VIP in 18 also.

congrats @allgame830 . Start a ticket with CS and have them add your email to the VIP newsletter so that you can get that and the monthly VIP gift first Friday of every month.

That’s what I’ve heard as well but I was mainly wondering if this was his first bundle he had bought and then he received VIP or if he has been spending for awhile

Lol except now I go to the VIP hotline to ask CS a question about the newsletter and its been 2 days without an answer. You would think being VIP and having your own hotline your answers would get answered quicker, nope. Totally disappointing.
