Glu Customer Service comes through again.

I had purchased 4 of the boxes when they contained Cespedes and Gomez. I had sent in a ticket and let them know of my issue and 24 hours later the problem was rectified. I was awarded 4 boxes for the 4 incorrect boxes I purchased yesterday. They were all xp, but it was rockstar customer service nonetheless. Kudos to the Glu team.

    Glad they responded to you. I bought a box and got a Michael Brantley 4.5 star. Upgraded him for the weekend. Played a few games with no bonus points registering. Sent in a ticket. Couple hours later got a reply that he wasn’t in the bonus box. When I pulled it back up he was gone. So....I spent 500 gold for the box and then gold, evo and thousands of blue xp on a player I would have otherwise traded in. No reply yet from glu... super frustrating.

    Customer service called me the wrong name today.
