CS responded didn't close ticket!

I asked CS a question on Aug 31 and they responded quickly but didn't close ticket, so I asked another question to same guy and responded without closing ticket even after asking. Well I made VIP yesterday but can't create new ticket. What can I do?

    Congrats on making VIP. Is there a "did this answer your question" link? If so that should close the ticket (in case your question was already answered). If not respond to the open ticket and have them add your email to the VIP newsletter so that you can start getting the gifts.
