Seriously though it's this kinda thing that gives credence to the theories of "mistakes" with the actual odds than from stated... talk about shooting yourself in the foot when there's an angry mob forming outside your door

I hear you @Houmy and it's such a shame when things go this way when there's been such a loyal core of players who formed friendships online with players in other parts of the continent, never mind the globe.... players who have spent countless hours in the app, in the forums, chatting with clubmates, etc, spending significant amounts of money.... and have given the company the benefit of the doubt many times despite the frustrations and nagging feeling that there was a big fly in the ointment. It's not as if there haven't been enough warnings from users. Companies can thrive in the short term by pandering to the new customer but will usually fail to survive if they don't do right by the loyal customer who has figured things out.

@Sandpipers I agree. My comment though was not meant that I would be there with pitchforks and such (not there yet). I will post about it in the forum later today after I've had a chance to catch up with all the weekend orders and emails from clients.
