What time they usually send out the VIP newsletter? Still trying to get CS to confirm they got my info.

    Well been trying since Monday and two days ago CS asked for info and since nothing but ticket been open since Aug 31. Anybody know how get ahold of them

    Well I can't even get a CS ticket I've had open since the 31st of August closed. So finally a new guy come on same ticket asking for my VIP info and said be waiting for reply so I reply 16 mins after him and not a peep from them and no gift!
