Random bursts of luck in boxes/drafts

I don't know about you guys, but I feel there may be some subtle mechanic that controls pulls. I rarely pull something good out of the blue, but, more often than not, when I pull something "good" it is usually part of a group of consecutive "good" pulls. For example, a while back I was having really bad luck for a while. I then opened three All star boxes and got three all stars. Immediately afterwards, I opened a bauer mookie box to get bauer first try. I had bad luck for a while after that. I feel that these bursts of luck happen very often with similar situations such as back-to-back five stars from first round drafts or three five stars out of four from #1 drafts. I want to know if this happens to any of you all.

I don't know about the theory, but I was 0 for 15 on Carew boxes this weekend so I really hope I have a lucky streak coming my way.

One of my teams pulled Prime MR John Axford max 359 today.... to add to Prime SP Dickey max 370.... and Prime SR Street max 370.... thats random luck for ya! Lol

I was 0-9 on pulling Carew, got up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and noticed Carew had 1 hour left before the boxes went away. I had 4K gold left over and decided I would let it ride. Got Carew on first box.

It can be very streaky for me. I noticed my top row for WoH this week had three new faces and hadn't changed much before that. Weeks of nothing then pulled Lowrie with skill from last week's box. Got PotM Carpenter from 1st day in "week of awesome" and Prime Posey from day 2. Day 3 and 4 were not awesome at all. I hope 5, 6, and 7 are more like 1 and 2. A switch-hitter, a good lefty, and a prime catcher. All things that helped my team.

I'll often do way better with the free boxes and gifts then I do buying them. I didn't get a single all star from many purchased boxes, but eventually got 6 of them from CvC or gifts. However I pulled prime Bregman and Stripling from that special mvp box on the first 3 tries. I gave up buying prime draft picks (0-34) but have several now from gifts. Couldn't get potw or potm players to save my life, then the last two weeks I got a few on first tries. Sometimes I can't pull anything but xp or cash ugh and sometimes I can pull 9 straight players (not the good ones of course) and no xp or cash at all...so yeah it definitely goes in cycles

I notice random streaks of luck. They are far and few between though. I had a nice streak a few weeks ago. improved my silver 10 team from 40k strength to 67k strength within a week.

I used all of my RNG after getting a Willie Mays from a mini Mays box from CvC this past Sunday now trying slowly to grind gold to get him to at least capped silver as silver to gold will be another beast altogether.

I wonder if they don't boost the odds on certain boxes. I ended up hitting good on the rivals boxes too. ended up with 4 of the top players including Prime Familia and Prime Correa.

That's a straight up lie told by Customer Service to get people off their backs. The Development Team might have told Customer Service this lie first to get them off their backs.

If you don't believe me, I'll repost these here. I have many more. And I have more than two months of meticulously catalogued draftpicks and box pulls that clearly show there is no randomness and the listed odds are not connected in any fashion to the results .

To put a finer point on this, if two slot machines on a casino floor ever synchronized for more than 3 consecutive pulls, the casino would immediately shut down their entire floor and disclose the issue to state gaming officials. If they didn't, they'd face the potential of massive fines and possible loss of their gaming license.

Only after a thorough investigation would the casino or the regulators reopen that floor to accept money again.

If this game didn't involve real money or didn't involve issuing prizes from drawings and loot boxes, there wouldn't be an issue . Because it does, no reasonable person, knowing the odds and outcomes are centrally manipulated, would spend a dime.
