Prime & Legend XP

I know that cycling Slugfest is the most cost efficient way to earn Prime XP.  What is the most cost efficient way of acquiring Legend XP? Also, now that Legend Sluggers have been added to Slugfest, what is the liklihood that the Prime XP will be changed to Legend XP?

    Only luck I've had with free legend XP is winning season mode finals.  That takes forever though.
