Videos Crashing

Anybody having issues with videos crashing on CvC and then losing all your progress in the round?

    All the time, at least 1 or 2 entries each match since the update last week. I do not use the video boosts anymore or the extended the video option. I lose way to many rounds because of it.

    Your not alone, me too when its needed.  Otherwise I just  take my scores as they are.

    It's happening to me too. If I attempt to video boost in the beginning of the round, it gets stuck on 'video loading.' Eventually, I have to restart and I lose my entry.

    Resetting your ad id will 'fix' the issue, but doing so is in direct violation of tapjoy. :(

    Rephrase. It doesn't 'fix' the issue. It temporarily clears the issue. The ad ID is in your settings and is responsible for the type of ads/offers shown.

    If your do offers a lot, do NOT do it. I have said this over and over again. I know many people that have been banned from Tapjoy for exactly this reason. Then they wonder why their offers stop working or rewarding. Do so at your own risk.

    Yes. Endless problems with this. In some game modes I don’t get the reward for watching the video. In WOH hero the X to get out of the ad when it is finished doesn’t work and I have to restart the game and lose all level progress. It’s definitely something wrong in Tap ‘18 because I’m still playing ‘17 and it never happens in any mode of the game at any time.
