Inactive trade in help

Am I correct in my thinking that I can go ahead and trade in all old POTM and POTW as they are useless? Also what about the Game Changers (which I think are the new fancy name for POTW) For example I have Turner and Piscotty Game Changers, their stats have already dropped from their pumped up numbers so I believe them to be worthless now, basically anyone that will more than likely not be a bonus player again, is this the right idea?

 Also can anyone help me with some capped gold stats for some guys to see if they will even be worth keeping. Most are primes that I am sorely lacking PXP for but will keep around if capped gold stats worth it. Note none of these players make my roster right now:
