    What’s up fellas.. been away from forums a while, but I am also having this issue without resetting my ID. World war rising 13k cleared tonight, but no gold. CC has some messages to sort through tomorrow.

    So I clicked on my offerwall rewarded tab and opened the one that said it was rewarded and took a screenshot and contacted glu cs, opened the app a few hours later and got the free gift page and their was my 5600 gold. Along with an apology and thanks for being patient...hopefully you guys have similar luck

    Wow, I have been having atrocious GLU support the past couple of months.  They wrote to me and said I would need to contact TapJoy.

    Yeah the outcomes of customer service feels like opening a box...low percentage of good outcomes and then you finally pull that player card and you forget about all the shit outcomes

    Same issue here.  2 offers completed, offerwall says rewarded, no gold received.  I did submit tickets through Tapjoy. Now those offers have a “pending” message on them.  I also contacted CS who responded saying they can see that the rewards were not received.  CS also added this:I hope this works for me and helps others.

    Got the same message from glu CS. It seems like the common theme is we all have sent tickets in for missing gold. Then got blocked

    Same thing happened to me with WWE Champions. Within 3 seconds of submitting my message to Tapjoy, I received an auo-generated response saying my issue has been resolved. But it hasn't. I never received the gold.

    I sent a message to a Glu CS agent named Roy. I have been dealing with Roy for varying issues for a few weeks now, as he won't close the tickets. In fact, his last reply to me was "This ticket is in the process of closing on its own." That was on October 29th. It never closed.

    I don't understand. I spend money on the game. I watch so so so many videos daily. I complete offers. I have never cheated. Any mod on here can look at my account history last year and this year and vouch for that.

    Sorry for the rant guys and gals. I'm genuinely upset (not mad or angry, mostly sad) that this company doesn't seem to care about its paying customers. The part that makes me mad is seemingly having to just suck it up and take it. I'm not very good at that.

    I will contact the BBB and the California Attorney General, as well as my state's Attorney General (my spouse worked on his campaign). Attorney General's in each state are the absolute BEST option for consumer complaints. They take them much more seriously than other agencies.

    Now if you will excuse me, I have to go punch myself for sounding like such a whiny !@#$%.

    Is everyone having problems iOS? Just wondering cause I did a quick casino app for 360 gold and it says rewarded and have not received gold...wonder if it’s the last update since these are the first offers I’ve done since the update and both times it did this...never had an issue before

    Its seems like this latest double gold offer period has been extremely bad for paying out.  Personally I'm banned so i havent done them in a while but there werent near as many issues before.   unfortunate

    This is happening to me too. I get the email saying issue is resolved and reward is coming. Yet the gold never shows up...

    I am currently going through the same thing now. Said it was rewarded. I sent ss to tapjoy it wasn't they sent me a email back saying they did so now I have to contact glu. So I just ss the email from tapjoy to glu and see what happens.

    I'm dealing with the same thing you guys are. I just finished my 2nd round of tickets to Tapjoy that resulted in... well... jack squat... in addition to the other crazy stuff Glu had me do that got my locked out of my account. So now I'm back to round 2 with Glu. If I'm patient and not too terrible to deal with (read: too much of an a-hole) I figure this might get sorted out.

    Happy to see at least one person has gotten it resolved in their favor.

    So far no resolution here and Im with you @JEDDDOGGY my patience is running thin. Im only owed like 4 or 5k on 2 devices which cost me just time. I have a club mate who had 8 offers come in the last 48 hrs which tally around 60k gold. Most of which cost money to complete so I feel for certain people that dished out money on certain offers. I dont understand why they cant see its an issue, everyone is having issues with the gold not being added to their accounts. Its not an isolated incident.

    Add me to the list. I’ve got three tickets with Tapjoy and counting. One is in the “oh we have given you the reward,” (but not actually) stage. As Borat would say about this latest double gold promotion: Great Success!

    World War Rising offer, 50K power for 8128 gold.

    The minute I hit 50K Power, the offer status went from 'Pending' to 'Failed.'  So quite obviously the trigger was met and the game was well aware that I hit the required power.

    I don't care whether Tapjoy or Glu fixes this, but if one of them doesn't, I'm absolutely done with this game.

    Different issue if the status was "failed" then what is being posted here. The failed could be from a number of different reasons. You did the offer before or your banned by tapjoy which is often the case. Alot of people that are banned are complete offers their results in your offers are shown as "FAILED" immediately upon completion.  Could be you reset your AD ID too many  times, not sure. Everyone else here is posting offers that are shown as rewarded not failed and not receiving the gold.                       .

    UPDATE: NOV 3RD.
    Reply from CS regarding issues with gold. I sent them case #s, emails used, gold owing, etc... Thanks to the post from a user here. I got a 1 sentence reply which took 36 hrs. "We have passed this along to the dev team for investigation. Thanks for your patience. "  No mention of any resultion on the on going issue. Its still broken cause the 1g video add does not pay out still.

    @dkarski87, I posted the screen shot of the response.  Sent in all of the info.  24 hours later got the same response you did.

    Yeap, I know a few people that got the gold though. GLU rep put up no fuss and awarded all the gold that was from the offers. I hope this isn't going to be one of those things where I have to close a ticket every time to find the rep to resolve this. Such a pain in the butt.

    Second time I’ve contacted glu about this and now twice I’ve gotten the boilerplate response along with “I’m now closing this ticket”.

    I just spent $100 on Thursday. You’d think they would treat their customers who actually buy stuff on occasion a little better than that.

    Just submitted my third ticket. Trying to remain calm here but it is very hard.

    It's a brand new game, for sure one I've never done.  I've done quite a few offers in the past and I know better than to reset my ad identifier.  I got plenty of gold from Tapjoy over the course of double gold so have no reason to suspect I'm banned.

    Also, when I just submitted my third ticket on this I got no response saying it was received. If glu has now blocked me from submitting tickets.... I really don’t know what to say. I’m just flabbergasted.

    Wicked0Wildcats easiest way to find out if your banned is to try and watch the 1g video ad in the offer wall. But right now nothing is working so it wont work. When it back up and running try that and see if you get awarded the 1g for  the video ad. But you could be right, the whole system seems to be in flux or wackiness. My guess is all the stupid switch overs they were doing  between XP, Gold, PXP, GOLD. 

    For now, seems like you have to hit the right rep to get your gold paid out. Hit or miss, if one denies you. Ask them to close it and make a new one. But the success rate so far is very low, I only know about 3 or 4 people so far out of maybe 40 that have gotten their gold from GLU because of the mess up with Tapjoy.

    Yeah that's my plan.  Bug Tapjoy, bug GLU, and keep on bugging until someone makes it right.  I'm sure it will take time and rejections but 8128 is a pretty substantial amount of gold to not battle for.  

    Can one be banned from offers but not videos?  Because I never have any issues with videos.  In the future on the off-chance I decide to stick around on this game I'll probably stick to videos anyway and not bother with the headache of offers.

    For me it started last week.  Maybe around Halloween?   Anyways I’ve completed 5 offers and I’m now missing  well over 600.  I’ve kept track.   I have opened cases with glu and tapjoy.  Tapjoy brushes me off because their system shows “rewarded”.   Glu brushes me off because “tapjoy handles that”.   Meanwhile, I recording an actual video that shows me complete a quick offer, and not get rewarded even though tapjoy says I did.   5 in a row now... and now I found this forum.  They have a problem and they don’t even know it.   Probably thousands of peoples rewards queued up betwee. Tapjoy and glu.   Shitty thing is, glu is getting paid for this.  If tapjoy shows rewarded, glu got paid.

    @Wicked0Wildcats The video you watch from the main screen are different then the videos inside the offer wall. If you cannot receive the 1g video ad inside the offer wall then chances are your banned from offers. Cannot test it right now because nothing seems to be working inside tapjoys offers.
    Your videos should work regardless of being banned or not, they are 2 separate things. I was doing a lot of offers during the x2 event and only noticed them not awarding on Sun or Mon, cant recall exactly what day. This is definitely a system wide issue and they seem to be playing the  blame game and owning up to whosoever side is not working correctly.

    Glu gave me all missing gold. Problem still isn't fixed. New things I do still show rewarded with no gold.

    I’m still trying to get my missing gold. Last guy I dealt with I sent all the needed info up front before even getting a response from someone and he was like thanks for providing the info, I will be closing this ticket. Please open a new ticket. Except I can’t. It seems like the current ticket with him is not actually closed but just in limbo or something. I don’t get the prompt “did we answer all of your questions” or etcetera. My messages now seem to just go into the abyss with not even an automated response like I would usually get when I send a ticket.
