Banned for boxes?

Just got a ban. Only thing I've done was save my loyalty until donating would get me 2 million box points. Two days in a row I maxed out on boxes. Is this what got me banned?

    It could be. Hacking last year involved the club loyalty boxes a lot. That’s why there is a daily limit on the boxes and why they don’t have gold in them

    curious if I had the same thing happen used points for lots of boxes last 2 days, now apparently have a 7 day ban, apparently just for playing game. WTF kind of Mickey Mouse operation does GLU run, have not and now will not spend a dime on this garbage.

    Probably caught you up because an algorithm of theirs thought it was unusual behavior submit a ticket to customer service, you might have to go through a few agents in order for someone to help you.  Unfortunately some have had issues getting someone to actually listen to them if they don’t help close the ticket and resubmit it.
