Ballpark not leveling up

Spent about 3500 gold upgrading my team today. No fan rewards on. I saw the progress bar moving at the top of the screen indicating the gold
is counting toward the ballpark leveling up. I go to collect this afternoon and I find the progress bar on the ballpark screen has not budged. Anyone else had this problem?

    Sometimes the gold spent on players (moving from gold to platinum as an example) won’t count. It does it for fan rewards too. For fan rewards when it happens I message CS and I get the rewards I missed that I should have received

    Customer care fixed it for me.

    Yeah hit cc they can track the gold spent.  We had several today who’s fan rewards reset and are waiting to hear back from cc. Been pretty good as far as I can tell for makin things right.
