Gold reimbursement

I have a hole at the catcher position in my lineup, so whenever Posey is in the store I’ll use up my coins on him just for the hell of it. Today, while tapping the coins away, my game froze up and it didn’t appear that anything was registering.  When the game loaded back up, not only had I used up all my coins, but I had also spent 7,000 gold.  Has anybody had any experience with customer care reimbursing accidental purchases like this?  I feel so incredibly ripped off right now.

    Hey guys,

    I know nobody else has commented.  I just wanted to provide an update.  I was reimbursed 6,600 gold.  Not quite the full amount, but so much more than I expected.  Sometimes Glu does come through for it’s users.  I am so thankful
