Suspended for bug in game

was playing walk off in royale, clicked on my hitter to select for the next round and the circle kept spinning as if it were loading. Circle went away so I clicked it again. Played the round. Then the game only loaded to 37% and says I’m suspended. Hopefully I’m still in my club and get rewards. Also, hoping to be reinstated prior to the end of the event since this is a glu bug and not my fault.
