Is anyone else having problems with videos right now? The error code wants to try again but it's saying the same thing no matter how many time you try for me.
Not only am I getting the same message, but I am not getting the gold earned by watching the videos - a total waste of my time. Glad that I am not the only one with this issue.
Sent a a note to customer service. The response was “they are aware of the problem and are working hard to correct the problem “. I hope they back award gold due or make a serious compensation for time wasted.
I completed to offers for free gold and they marked them completed and rewarded but I still haven’t got the gold yet. It’s about 1200 worth of gold. Spent 2 hours playing stupid slot machine game last night to get the gold for today and now I have nothing but lost time and no rewards.
I’m only about 1K gold away from getting Diaz. I have spent enough this weekend which is how I got so close. Diaz should be the compensation I get although I know that will never happen
