Unable to recover account from tsb18 tsb19

When I attempted to sign in with my account it keeps telling me that It's invalid. Yet it's what my account has always been saved under(J_Johnson1314@yahoo.com; whythererunhere1). Please fix, I pre-registered and don't want to lose out on keepers.

    You dont sign in with email to pull in ur 18 details- it is through game center or play. If you have that connected and play 1 game in 19 and then restart the app u will see ur keeper options etc

    Thank you I did, but now it won't let me back in the app.
