Just thought I’d state the obvious and mention that GLUs customer service is atrocious LOL their generic automated responses and lack of acknowledgment Of issues is the worst ive ever dealt with

    Agree. They are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Cut and paste responses. It’s like they try their hardest not to help.

    I have had good experiences with their customer service. They typically respond quickly. I do not agree with their stance on how to handle situations that cost me money.

    I have as well, just some responses come late and sometimes can cost me big points. For the most part the experience has been pleasing
