Is anybody else locked into 1 video

for 3 weeks now the only video I get to see is world war rising, talked to tech 4 times and the best answer I get is I need to prioritize my usage, what the hell does that even mean, I refuse to buy gold since I don’t even know if that would help, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
