  I'm @ the playoff rounds to go into platinum. I don't invest much money due to finances but do watch a shit ton of videos. Should  I make the leap w/a team strength of 70+??

  Evo has always been hard to come by if you are on a competitive club and get new players every couple of days.

  I would build higher than 70k.  I got up to 86k before I even went to gold.  If you have at least 3 or 4 really good hitters, and 1 or 2 really good pitchers capped, you can probably manage, but platinum is MUCH more expensive than gold, and better players are coming all the time.  We haven't even seen legends yet...
