I may have spent 20$ and have gained nothing in-game from it.

I paid 10$ for gems, which I was happy with. After seeing for the first time that my gems hadn't shown up in-game, I tried purchasing again. Yet again, after waiting for an hour and restarting my game, no gems have been added. Also, it says that I have no internet connection even though I obviously do. Glu, please, update your game or help me. Please.

    I have had the same thing, but now I cannot collect any Glu coins and it is always zero. I would like my money back
