Just wanted to give a quick update and make it public that Glu did eventually contact me via E-Mail and worked very hard to make sure that I was satisfied with the resolution. I got my team back and am grateful for whoever it was in Customer Service that worked with me on this. Thank you!

I've been going for all players using the 200 Gold Tournament method. I've been auto-playing a bunch of the games and during that time the computer got 8 walks in a game. It was the last achievement I had left.
I did the same thing as you and got Kershaw. I autoplayed almost all of the games too. How can you tell what players you will be able to get during the next reward that hasn't started yet?
