For every dollar you spend is 10 All-Star tickets, takes about 500-600 dollars to get to Level 9, there are levels past that but I don’t believe you can reap the rewards until VIP Status, because that’s the boat I’m in. You can also get All-Star tickets by progressing to Silver/Gold/and so on
