Your bonus game opponent is based on your number of games played. If you've played a lot of games, you will start facing silver teams even though you are still bronze. The only way to win consistently would be to upgrade your team to silver.

5.10 is extremely difficult at silver. Been at it for hours and can't get a decent pitch sequence.

Silver is rough at Level 7. I made it to Ruth a handful of times but he's pretty brutal.
