i dont think so, thats exactly my thinking too. That's why I have hesitated capping their skills as well. I use ML still because I dont have a better option at 2B but thats it. ML also was cheaper to cap skills

changing the amount of duplicate lxp you get for repulls made that a trickier decision on their end.
