It doesn’t matter how much we voice our valid concerns about this game. Glu doesn’t care. They say they will bring it back to their team to review, but nothing changes. All they care about is getting money in their pockets.

The TB sale is ALWAYS the SAME ITEMS every year. C’mon, Glu. It’s been this way for the last 6??years. Can’t you be creative and actually add TB items we don’t have? I saved so many K-Stars and there’s nothing in the sale that 1. I don't already own or 2. I don’t want. I’m disappointed, but not surprised. 🙄😒

SYS isn’t fun to play anymore. I know I have ZERO chance of being in the Top 5 unless I spend $$$$ to get there. Glu, I really wish you’d listen to our valid concerns. Make SYS fair again, but most importantly make it FUN again.

Anyone else doing terribly during this SYS? I’ve followed the theme and made casual winter looks and all of my looks have scored in the low 30’s and mid 20’s. This is the worst I’ve done so far. SYS isn’t even fun to play anymore. Ticket buyers win everything. I used to score in the Top 5 most weeks but now I barely crack the teens. Glu, please fix this. You’re just creating a wedge between dedicated players. We’re losing interest in this game and fast.

I have the SAME issue!! I’ll go to watch a video and it takes me to the other offers page. Sometimes I’ll be able to watch a video but it takes forever to watch another one. Do most dolls have this issue? It’s so annoying. Watching 10 videos should take 5-10 minutes max but it can take me up to two hours to get…

Why won’t Glu just be transparent with us and let us know when the update is coming? Why have us wait and wait and wait all day, anxiously checking to see if the update will be out or not just to not release it today? I’m tired of waiting, lol.

Why do I even bother saving my K-Stars for Black Friday anymore? The TB items are the SAME items from last year. I thought Glu was going to change them this year but I guess keeping customers angry is more important than listening to our valid concerns?

SAY IT LOUDER FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE BACK! I started a full-time job this week and there’s no way I’ll be able to reach the TB box. 600 points is too much. I enjoy this game, but Glu is making all the enjoyable things about this game unenjoyable because they make the goals too hard to reach. So frustrating.

Exactly. First, they increased event points. Then, they took away our 4 free TB boxes and only gave us one. Then they took away our 20 daily videos and only gave us 10. And now, crappy earnables every week. The list goes on and on. I really hope they read our surveys and actually make some changes in this game.…

Completely agree! I can’t sit here and pretend to like the earnables when I don’t. It’s one thing to give constructive criticism and one thing to be rude. I don’t find anyone’s posts being rude. It’s just an opinion. And considering a lot of us have been playing this game since its release, we expect better earnables.

No offense Glu, but the earnables are hideous. Isn’t this game made for twenty-somethings? Would a twenty-something voluntarily wear this? The earnables look like something an 80 year old would wear. This week‘s earnables are worse than last week’s.

And as per usual, the gift box items are better than the earnables. 😭 To be honest, I find the earnables ugly and old lady-like.

There are so many TB items I want, but don’t have and unfortunately Glu won’t add them to the TB sale. It’s always the same items. 😕

TB items aren’t on sale. The price they are now is what they’ll be during the entire event. The Kloset items will be discounted though!

Kalinda said that it won’t start until Thursday. I’m a little disappointed because Kimiversary starts tomorrow but the sales and events don’t start Thursday?? It makes no sense. I wish we could at least see the TB items that will be available for purchase until then.
