Assault Rifles should have a capacity of 30 and Sniper Rifles should have a capacity of 3. Our apps aren't officially launched on 1mobile market and neither do we recommend 1mobile. You will be able to play the updated version of the game only if you play the game installed via Google Play Store.
You have 941 inactives, and that could the reason for the game to not function. Please check this thread where few other players reported similar issue and it was fixed by clearing the inactives.
Please do not try uninstalling or reinstalling the game as mentioned earlier in a different thread. Try restarting the device and let me know if either of you guys are still getting the error code.

There are few others who had the same "Try Again" issue and reinstalling the game worked in this thread. You could try this too ensuring your game account is linked to social media. Let me know the results.
