Sent a note to customer service early this morning about this. The reply was that they know about the problem and are working to fix the problem. No time table. Hope to see some compensation for wasted time and lost “revenue”.

What I don’t really like is the apparent manipulation of the level difficulty from one round to the next. One round my team is a beast and the next round it can’t hit it’s way out of a paper bag.

Played for 2.5 years. Been a leader of a very successful club in 2017 and in 2018. Play just about everyday. Spent more money on this game in 2018 than I care to admit. Been labeled a “valued customer” by customer service since October. Been marginally active ont the forum, Facebook and Twitter. No VIP.
Experience similar problems with the achievement videos today. Had to do something else like watch a video for gold and then go back. Took a little more time than usual
I realized shortly after moving up to platinum that if I built a strong rotation, my relief pitchers would not play very much. I only maxed 1 relief pitcher to platinum 10. Saved a lot of resources not worrying about my relief pitchers.
Thanks for this post. My biggest mistake this season was to ignore the skill bonus until just recently. Should have built the skills earlier. I built my team to max 10 platinum with patients and now dominate a lot of events except WOH. Can’t figure WOH yet.
That is exactly what I do except I only keep 5* players as my inactive list is maxed out. I usually have 1 to 3 team bonus players to work with each event except when a lousy team is select for which there are no players worth keeping in the inactive list. I liked the opportunity to obtain more evo. Bought evo boxes with 1000 gold. Got 32 evo to go with the tier1 25 evo and was able to level up another player from gold to platinum. I hope Glu does this again.
