That is usually what happens when your team is jailed, maybe you have some other app installed on your phone they picked up that is 3rd party they consider cheating. Send in a ticket and ask customer service and they will let you know . Fortunately if that's the case you haven't lost any $

bmw6673 just hit the club loyalty icon , it should pull up the award options, close it and hit it again and it will slow you to cash it in .

Gentlemen, just a quick update. It does happen, today while playing, went to check my team as a whole to see how we were doing , as soon as I went to click on club , there it was ! I was awarded VIP today ! So keep at it , and it will happen my friends!

@tbettini, I feel your pain bro, I’m in way deep myself with no response. I give up trying. I just keep playing, have fun . I’m with a great club , who most are VIP, and just play hard , and enjoy my team . If it happens it happens , not like when it does I’m just gonna stop spending , so just have fun my friend !!

Cash is good for buying second round draft picks and late round draft picks, they add up , trade them in to increase your lineup players or get lucky and get a better player. And don’t half max team upgrades, if you have the cash, keep going ! Hope that helps you out my friend !

My advice would be to watch videos for gold and take advantage of offers for gold , your gonna need it one way or another.

No my friend they did not, because of the policy of one device , when you uninstall then reinstall, that team is gone ! And nobody I know has received any help at all.

The worst thing you could do is uninstall then reinstall, there new policy will automatically wipe that out ! It’s unfortunate and I wish everybody knew ahead of time .

Actually I have heard that it lasts all the time once it’s complete for the club to use. So apparently it’s gonna take some more looking into to get a correct answer on this one.

I believe you are allowed a one time re entry due to problems like this . Are you saying you redownloaded the game on your new phone and tried to re enter and it wouldn’t allow you ?

I’ve never had the issue before but this weekend it was constant and it was irritating because it was killing the win streaks every single time !

Once you get involved with a good competitive team , you and the guys on your club will be very invested and very active in the tournaments and wanting to gain greater rewards for each other and the team. Getting on a good team is very important to moving up in this game with your team !
