I also pulled arenado twice yesterday in 8 boxes. Luckiest man alive. Just until i have enough pxp then i wont pull one, ever. Ive spent Maybe $50 this year. Absolutely pointless to pull a pxp player unless I spend a couple hundred real dollars just to bring him to gold 10.
Maybe I'm clueless but I actually like the POTW boxes. At least you get a player that helps you the entire week. Even if its not a 50% like it claims you can normally pull them within reason compared to spending mountains of gold on the regular boxes. I'm also a 3* gold team so fairly casual player.
Yes I did and sent it to them. CS said they will forward to the team. The customers are the beta testers. If someone at glu played the game for 15 minutes they would know it crashes every 2 or 3 bonus games. Unless it's on purpose to intice customers to buying field pass. I honestly wouldn't put it past this company .
Yep, just got that response as well. It's understandable if I was the only one having the issue but if they played their game for 10 minutes they would know the issue exists. Do they think I am lying?
I did this last year with one of the energy drink franchise players. I figured I had a bunch of energy drinks saved up because I never use them so thought I'd mash the button a bunch of times to build up the number of games. Turns out when you don't have energy drinks anymore that player costs 750 gold instead of 25 energy…
If thats the case, then fine. The communication of it could have been a lot better though. Why not just make an announcement and say we're sending random (aka the guys that spend the most) VIPs an awesome Christmas gift? Instead you have people wondering if there's a glitch because the message with the gift said code…
I also received the slight delay issue message from CS. I have also received my refund from Google as I received a different product from which I purchased and the company obviously has no intention to resolve. How long until Glu throws me in jail now?
Ive never had to go through Google play for a refund, but mine was approved right away with no questions asked. I wonder if its because so many people requested refunds on the same item or they will be contacting me shortly.
Its not surprising but its truly in Glu's business model to blatantly rip off their customers and then spit in their faces. Im definitely going to Google for a refund if we're not taken care of. Seems pretty straightforward here, no?
Not sure if this needs its own thread, but apparently the extra bases points from this morning carried over to this judge extra bases. Sucks if you missed this morning like I did.
