Someone has to channel the spirit of the old @MoenPDC :D :D :D diamond is fine. Lots of gold, not enough lxp. Spent 70k in colossals the past week. Basically have an all d1 team, don't think I'll ever get them to d10 but might be out on 2020 after testing the beta. Still considering it but if I play, going to be a casual…
i dunno. very much disagree with @fahhq2 - not at all impressed with an all 580 capped lineup when your skills aren't boosted, especially not in a woh lineup brag post. i would have taken my former gold team with lower overalls over this meh woh team any day. was 20/20 on skills with like 12 guys with always on skills or…
level up your upgrades, pennants and skills on your player. i reached 215k team strength at gold before jumping to diamond last week so there's a significant amount of improvements you can implement to up your TS.
early in the season, it makes business sense to have prime weekends. people aren't d6 cycling on the regular yet so gold, which i imagine has to be one of the main drivers of revenue, is bought in bunches by guys who want to compete. this time of year, makes no sense to not have every weekend be royale IMO. way more fun…
i'm 100 or so games away from diamond in the search for easy gold to hunt for potential keepers in the 4 weeks. i have all of the top 580 guys, but figure they're going to 600. so if you're done with this season and getting ready to prep for next, would advise you guys lingering at gold to do the same.
well i foolishly started playing more rigorously last year towards the end of it with premium xp cvc boxes available and pxp existed in the SF tower so going into the year i thought whoa these are easy to load up on! as the year went along, you can see their business model unfold. they created a highly addictive team…
yeah, their attempt at user retention for next year. kicked everyone in the nuts all year long and finally making the game fun again when there's *gulp* 4 weeks or so left before they move onto 2020
i think the point many are making is that it is the end of the game's lifecycle. why would they spend gold chasing an ATG that they have 4-5 weeks left to use, a 2 week bonus life cycle with nerfed points? if they gave an always on skill combo, people would have incentive to chase. mostly everyone who has wanted…
i got in 12 - same as usual. glad you finally figured out your solution but i think timing up babe is way more difficult than other pitchers. actually requires some skill, but i could just be imagining things.
there are other modes to this game other than woh ya know. i was primarily focused on woh for a long time but may i suggest you guys joining up a semi competitive club and compete in other events outside of woh? makes the game way more entertaining - at least in my opinion
