I think it’s because you need to be VIP to pass level 10 now. Once VIP I think you can get 11,12 etc the red arrow probably goes away then but I’m not sure not VIP either just heard from guys who are.

Usually the only people who are complaining are the players who have spent money because they are upset over spending so much. If you haven’t spent any money you really don’t have any reason to complain it a free app.

Glu does not even have anything to do with the 2x gold it is Tapjoy. That is the company that deals with the gold that’s why customer service cannot help with this issue. Glu could discontinue tapjoy and find someone else but Tapjoy is the one taking away 2x gold not Glu
