• I agree that I'm about to quit the game because levelling times are too long. Basically now, I do one or two dungeons and then have to wait a day before I can play again. If several of my Heroes level up at the same time, forget it, it'll be days before I play again.

• I was able to play without Wifi. You obviously can't spend gems without an Internet connection though.

• You should look at the max upgrade level of an item when comparing. It's possible that your upgraded grey is better than the new blue item you found, but once you upgrade the new blue item, it's likely that it will have better stats than the grey item you've got.

• The percentages are definitely off. I failed an 80% five times in a row. I realize that's statistically possible, but I don't believe the percentages are accurate, which makes me feel like it's a ploy to make me buy/spend crystals. I realize you guys have to monetize, but please don't rely on gimmicks.

• Your gear is more upgraded than mine, but I am not encountering the same difficulty. I have gear at 2 or 3, and hardly none at level 4. My characters are 11, going on 12.
