• The same thing has happened to me - late last night. I've not gotten a response back either. Does anyone know what do to as a next step? I would not know how to hack, exploit, etc. if my life depended on it.

• I have the same issue. Got locked out last night. Used the 2017 version to send in a ticket. Got a quick response that said the suspension has been lifted after a review of my account but I still can't get in the 2018 version. I'm not sure what to do next?
